Faith & Learning International engages in three primary types of activity: educational programs, short-term trips, and building Christ-centered learning communities.
We will regularly sponsor educational programs geared towards helping internationals become more effective in their ministry context. For example, we are currently involved with a program that brings Central and Eastern European Christian leaders to study and receive mentoring at Wheaton College for 6-weeks in the summer. Every year we will also try and sponsor an international conference to address a specific need expressed by our international friends.

Faith and Learning International will be involved in sending individuals or groups on short-term missions trips. These short-term missions trip experiences will be enhanced by a cross-cultural training before the trip and a debriefing after the trip. We will also provide help in creating a budget for the trip, receipting all donations, and providing financial reports.

Faith and Learning International seeks to develop relationships with individuals and organizations for the purpose of building Christ-centered learning communities. In these communities, people come together around the person of Jesus, and are open to learning from one another. We refuse to allow doctrinal disputes to divide community. Our goal every year will be to increase our capacity to develop more Christ-centered learning communities.
